WorkCam 2.0.20: iCloud Sync, Adaptive HDR, and More!

We're excited to announce the latest update to WorkCam, version 2.0.20, released today, April 1st, 2025! This update introduces two major new features—iCloud integration and Adaptive HDR support—along with a refreshed album layout and various performance improvements. Let's dive into what's new.

Seamless iCloud Storage Integration

The most requested feature is finally here—WorkCam now supports iCloud storage sync! You can link your iCloud account within WorkCam and enjoy automatic syncing of your albums and photos to iCloud. This means:

• No more manual backups—your WorkCam albums are always up to date across your Apple devices.
• Secure and reliable storage using Apple's cloud ecosystem.
• Easy access to your WorkCam photos from any Apple device linked to your iCloud account.

🔹 Note: Using third-party storage, including iCloud, requires an active Photo Sync subscription in WorkCam.

Capture Stunning Images with Adaptive HDR

We're bringing next-generation HDR capabilities to WorkCam! With Adaptive HDR, WorkCam now captures and displays HDR images using the latest ISO standard for high dynamic range (HDR) formatting.

What does this mean for you?

• Higher dynamic range: Enjoy richer colors and deeper contrast on supported HDR displays.
• Universal compatibility: HDR images will automatically adapt to SDR displays, ensuring they still look great on older screens.
• Total control: If you prefer SDR images, you can disable HDR in WorkCam's camera settings.

🔹 Availability: Adaptive HDR is free for all users on devices running iOS 18 or higher.

New Album Layout Options

We've improved the way you browse your photos! WorkCam now offers three distinct album view options to better suit your workflow:

• Full List: A detailed view showing all album information at a glance.
• Minimal List: A cleaner, simplified list for a distraction-free experience.
• Grid Layout: A visually rich, tile-based view for quick navigation.

Switch between these layouts in WorkCam's settings to find the one that works best for you!

Performance Enhancements & Bug Fixes

As always, we've made several performance improvements and bug fixes to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience in WorkCam. Expect:
