Photo Sync subscription
To back up media remotely and collaborate with others, users can subscribe to Photo Sync.
With a Photo Sync subscription:
- Photos and videos are automatically backed up in the cloud
- Media can be shared across team members
- Team collaboration features become available
- All Pro features are unlocked while the subscription is active
This is the best option for businesses that want secure backup, team access, and advanced functionality in one plan.
Team collaboration
WorkCam supports teams for businesses that need shared access to work media.
Add team members
Team members can be added from the Account screen.
This requires a Photo Sync subscription.
Join someone else’s team
You can also join another person’s team from the Account screen.
If the team owner has an active qualifying subscription, shared team benefits apply to members as well.
Pro access through team membership
When you are part of a team whose owner has an active Photo Sync subscription, Pro features are unlocked for you while you are on that team.
Third-party storage integrations
In addition to WorkCam’s cloud sync options, the app also supports third-party storage integrations.
These are free — you only need to be signed in to a WorkCam account. They do not require a Photo Sync subscription. (Photo Sync is a separate feature: it backs your media up to WorkCam’s own storage and shares it across your team and devices.)

Storage integrations sync one way: WorkCam copies your media out to the provider. They do not import content from the provider back into WorkCam.
These integrations give users more flexibility in how they back up and manage their work media.
