Photo capture
WorkCam captures high-quality photos and supports dynamic HDR for improved detail in challenging lighting conditions.
Photo quality can also be adjusted in WorkCam’s camera settings. Available quality levels are:
- Low
- Medium
- High
Higher quality photos produce better image detail, but they also use more storage space on the device.
Video capture
WorkCam also supports robust video recording features that are especially useful for work documentation and content creation.
Pause and resume while recording
You can pause and resume video recording without needing to start a brand new clip. This is useful when:
- Documenting a process in stages
- Skipping downtime between steps
- Recording cleaner walkthroughs without extra trimming later
Seamlessly switch cameras while recording
WorkCam can switch between the rear-facing and front-facing camera while recording video.
This is useful for:
- Job site walkthroughs
- Product demos
- Creator-style talking segments
- Recording yourself while also showing your surroundings
Pending Photos and albums
After media is captured, photos and videos are first placed into Pending Photos.
Pending Photos are essentially your unorganized media. This gives you a simple staging area where you can quickly capture content in the field and organize it later.
From there, you can:
- Create albums
- Move pending photos and videos into albums
- Organize media by project, customer, location, or any workflow that fits your business
This system keeps capture fast while still making long-term organization easy.
